The Red Raiders were interested in a unique seasonal art direction for all sports that was true to their roots of west Texas, Texas Tech and the city of Lubbock. Through conversation and research, the themes of “West Texas Tough” and “Terrors of the Southwest” were established and paired with a gritty relief printing aesthetic - a common printing style seen in the southwest.
zro__g was tasked with developing campaign concepts, a seasonal art direction, key art samples, social media templates, and campaign guidelines. In addition, a custom “stamp” icon set and custom stamp photoshop action were provided.
